Trailer

The official trailer embedded mid-page is the storefront pitch — use wiki guides for execution details.

Launch-week advice

Play shorter sessions with clearer goals. Launch bugs happen in solo games; report calmly via official channels. Keep enjoying the cabinet feel that the trailer promised while the wiki teaches execution.

Launch contents recap

Four full tables, eight balls, about one hundred Glyphs, thirty-two Blessings, curse/trait pressure, Endless, Monthly/All-Time boards, controller and Steam Deck support, and fifty-one Steam achievements.

Launch-week discount context

Kenny announced a two-week launch discount overlapping the Pins & Pegs festival window starting 17 August 2026. Always confirm live Steam pricing; festival widgets change.

What changed immediately after launch

Within days, Hotfixes #1–#6 altered Endless ceilings, soft-lock recovery, Easy curse rules, and stability. Do not treat the trailer alone as the full ruleset — continue on Post-Launch Hotfixes.

First-week player path

Getting Started → Controls → Missions & Rituals → How to Beat Bosses → Act VI & Endless. Bind Abandon Ball before deep runs.

What “1.0 complete” meant

Kenny’s launch post framed 1.0 as four tables, eight balls, one hundred Glyphs, blessings/curses, leaderboards, and Deck support — not as the end of development. The same-day roadmap and the following hotfixes prove the live-service-of-one developer model: ship, listen, patch, repeat.

Page takeaway

1.0 meant four tables, eight balls, ~100 Glyphs, blessings/curses, boards, and Deck support — then the hotfix train and roadmap began immediately. Trailer fantasy is not the full rulebook.

What 1.0 actually shipped

Four tables, eight balls, about one hundred Glyphs, thirty-two Blessings, curse pressure, Endless, Monthly/All-Time boards, controller and Deck support, fifty-one achievements. Launch discount overlapped Pins & Pegs mid-August — verify live Steam pricing. Within days the hotfix train changed ceilings, soft-lock tools, and Easy curse rules, so the trailer is not the full rulebook. Continue on Post-Launch Hotfixes.

Kenny’s launch post listed four tables, eight balls, one hundred Glyphs, thirty-two Blessings, twenty Curses, global boards, and Deck support. The same-day roadmap admitted VPin QoL and extra boss flavour missed the cut. Community logs then drove Hotfixes #1–#6. Play the 1.0 feature list, then immediately learn the hotfix layer. Buy links sit on Official Links. First-week path: Getting Started then Controls.

Launch-week player path

Buy or demo via Official Links. Learn hands. Bind Abandon Ball. Stay Easy until cradle is boring. Then Medium for Curses. Then one table to Act VI. Then Endless with blocker-honest Multiball. Community reports still matter; the Graphics Jobs crash only died because people sent logs. Happy flipping, then come back when the next notes drop. The official trailer on this page is the pitch. The hotfix digest is the rulebook. The roadmap is intent. Keep those three layers separate and you will not rage at a missing backglass or a changed Chancellor passive as if 1.0 lied.

After you watch the trailer

Close the video and bind keys. The cinematic will not teach Peek, Altar colours, or spare costs. Launch contents are still true; launch-week rules layered on top. If you bounced off the demo years ago, physics and Ritual lighting changed enough that a fresh Easy run is the fair test, not a memory of an old build.
